Birthday parties are my absolute favorite. We have never had a small, simple birthday for the kids. We celebrate birthdays BIG and anything goes on their day. I love it this way.

Cupcake toppers. |

I came up with this idea for individual dirt pudding. I'm a genius!
Vanilla Snack Packs and crushed Oreos in a little cup. |
I added bugs to the top and a spoon. I also made little cards to cover the top of the bag.
More pictures to come! |
Bug jars for the game (see below). |
I put "grass" in the jars for their bugs to eat. |
I found the idea for this game here.
You fill a tent with balloons, balls, and bugs. |
Since his party is camping and Wonder Pets themed,
I made these little cups to put celery in. It's a Wonder Pets thing.
I got the idea from a friend to put ranch in the bottom and veggies in the cups.

Smores bars! Easy to make and so delicious!
I used the flat marshmallows for smores. |
I then dipped them in chocolate and sprinkled them.
They stay together nicely and were a big hit. We didn't have any leftover! |
I purchased this vintage boyscout digital paper from this Etsy shop and used it for water bottle covers. |
Contents of the treat bags: Dirt pudding, flashlight, party blower,
magnifying glass, compass ring, swedish fish, and scrabble cheez-its. |
I cut out a bazillion stars on my Cricut and taped them to the ceiling. |
Really old cots borrowed from my dad set up in the playroom.
We also set up a couple of tents. |
Picture frame to go with the theme. The birthday boy picked out this "silly" picture. |
I made camping confetti on the cricut. They're tiny and I glued them all together, too.
What was I thinking? Oh yeah, that's right, I love this! |

Tent cake designed by "Daddy." |

Bug jars and treat bags on the porch. |
"Get the Bugs Out of the Tent" game. |
We filled the tent with balloons, balls, and bugs. |
