Airplane Helicopter Birthday

My son asked for an airplane helicopter birthday for his 6th birthday.
I made cupcake toppers and a banner.  We also hung up airplanes and made an airplane and helicopter out of refrigerator boxes from our local Sears.  I was too busy having fun and didn't get as many pictures as I had planned.

Favorite Things Party - Pink & Girlie!

I had been dying to host a Favorite Things Party, so my mom and I got a few close friends together and hosted one at my house.  Since I have boys, I decided to get my pink fix and do all pink for the decorations and food.

Here is how a Favorite Things Party works:
You can invite as many people as you want.
Each person brings 5 of their (same) favorite things worth about $6 each.
No need to wrap the gifts.
When you get to the party, you write your name on 5 slips of paper.
Each person takes turns drawing the five winners to receive their gifts.
You bring 5 gifts and leave with 5 new favorite things!

Banner.

Cupcake toppers.

Pink nails of course!

Pink paper and a pink vase to write our names on for the gift drawing.

Jewelry from the Craft Fair

These are some wrap bracelets I made.  I love the colors, and it was hard for me not to just keep them instead of selling them.  I didn't sell any last weekend, but am hoping to in the next craft fair.  They are $8 each.  I also made some necklaces, and sold the big one in the middle.

Socktopuses

I brought these to the Craft Fair last weekend.  People were laughing and thought they were great, and I think they're pretty adorable, too.  This is what I have leftover.  They are $7 if anyone is interested.  I'll be bringing them to the next craft fair in a few weeks.  I got the idea here.
